Education
For more information on the production's extended education programmes please look at the following sections:
In the weeks leading up to the production, director Rosie Parker will be working with education officer Gillian Hunter to deliver a series of workshops at Raine's Foundation School in Tower Hamlets. The workshops focus on introducing the young people to Onegin, working creatively with aspects of the plot and musical elements of the opera.
The workshops come out working collaboratively with the Clare College/Tower Hamlets Schools Partnership and THAMES (Tower Hamlets Arts and Music Education Service). A group of young people from Tower Hamlets will then come up to Cambridge to see the production.
This education project is generously sponsored by the University of Cambridge Active Community Fund.
